How do I pay?
I accept Check, ACH, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App. Once we’ve confirmed we’re working together, I’ll send you a secure payment link with clear next steps.
Do you accept payment plans?
Yes. Payment plans are available depending on the project scope and timeline, and I’m happy to discuss flexible options when needed.
Can I make revisions?
Absolutely. Revisions are part of the process, and we’ll work together to refine the project until it meets the agreed upon scope and goals.
How long will my design take?
Timelines vary by project size. Most small projects take 1–2 days, while larger or more complex projects may take one to two weeks or longer. You’ll receive a clear timeline after the initial concept is approved.
How would we communicate?
Communication is flexible. We can connect via text, email, scheduled phone or Zoom calls, and Discord if preferred.
Do you do projects by hour?
Yes. Hourly work is available for ongoing support or projects with evolving needs. Most projects are priced as a flat rate, but hourly billing can be a good fit in certain cases.
